How many times is it mellow?

I went to Nando’s to have a nice meal with my family and it was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a restaurant, the service was terrible. As we walked in we were told to just find somewhere to sit and almost all of the table had dirty plates all over them and you could tell that the tables hadn’t been cleaned in a while. After sitting down for about 5 minutes, we realised that no one was coming to serve us, with menus, water etc. We had get up out of our seats to get menus from the front counter. Then we were told to order on the Nando’s app and we couldn’t order up front. My Mum wanted to order one of the Salads, but apparently they couldn’t make it for her because they were missing 1 of the ingredients! After ordering and paying through the app, my Sister and Dad decided to look around for some Knives and Forks, Napkins, and some Water after not much success they decided to ask for some water. The waiter said that he would quote ‘get around to it’ he never did! When the food finally came I was surprised by the size of the meals as they were quite expensive and not that big. The chicken was cold, the avocado salad seemed to be missing the avocado, the chick peas were just not very nice, the rice crackers were very stale, the lettuce was brown and was obviously very old. It was also very plain and we ordered 2 Coke Zero’s, but were only given a Coke Zero and a normal Coke. The only worker there seemed to be in a very foul mood and to top it all of there was not Knives and Forks anywhere, we weren’t given any with our meals, and when we asked for some the waiter said that he would give them to us soon because they needed to be washed! And then when they were finally put out (not even on the table, just by the sauce) they were wet, they hadn’t even been bothered to dry the utensils. Honestly the McDonald’s we went to after would have been a much nicer experience than whatever this was. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL, STAY AWAY!

Ordered the broccoli and whipped feta which has reduced in its portion size by half since we ordered it last month. Absolutely minuscule little serving barely enough for one person, for $7.95! Called and spoke to the restaurant who advised headquarters have demanded “portion control”! Such a rip off. Chip serving was also smaller and fries were cold and soggy. Very disappointing

When I walked into this fine establishment, I was greeted upon arrival to a lovely young man with dark curly hair who assisted in my disembarkation from my chariot and swiftly found me a seat at one of the many brightly-colored tables that this restaurant has to offer. And the service he provided was perfect! He made the chicken himself and grilled it to perfection. And when I placed the delectable delight into my mouth, I entered a true state of bliss - almost as though heaven had fallen out of the sky and landed at a chicken restaurant in Maroochydore. And it was all thanks to this young man. He even chased off the youths loitering around outside puffing on their electronic cigarettes! What a guy! 5 stars, and I would give more if I could
